Castledene
Door Canopy

This  door canopy has a dentil detailed fascia, picking out crisp denture features around all edges. The Castledene can be made to any size and can also be used for bay roof combinations. Normally with a built-in gutter, this can be filled in to form a solid roof with no gutter, if required.
Many of our GRP corbels/brackets or columns can be used to create something unique to your own requirements.
Available in white or brown.

Standard widths :
1550 x 500mm & 2050 x 500mm
They can be made to a maximum of :
5450mm by (up to) 2860mm deep
OR 4910mm by (up to) 3380mm deep.

  • Mark out and pre-drill 6mm holes at approx 300mm centres along the  door canopy flanges

  • Offer canopy up to the wall and centralise it above the door opening. Mark off the position on the wall for the bracket assembly (if brackets are to be fitted). Make sure you markings are straight and level.

  • Offer the bracket up to the wall at each side of the door opening. Drill and plug the wall using a 7mm masonry drill bit. Screw the bracket to the wall using 3" screws and plugs supplied.

  • Lift the canopy onto the brackets and centralise over the door opening. Drill and plug the wall as before, this time using 2"screws and plugs supplied.

  • Cover all visible screw heads with the appropriate coloured screw caps.

  • Clean canopy using soap and water or a non-abrasive cleaner.

  • Seal canopy to the wall using and appropriate colour sealer. (Sealer is not supplied).

  • Your over door canopy is maintenance-free, however we recommend regular cleaning with soap and water to maintain it's good looks for many years to come.

Care should be taken to check the canopy  for cracking or damage before you sign for it.
